What we do
Tricity Family Concierge provides two dedicated services for NRI families: parent care — scheduled home visits, hospital appointment assistance, companionship and errands — and property management for vacant, tenanted and parent-occupied homes across Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula.
Why we exist
Distance should never mean losing touch with what matters at home. We started this service after seeing how hard it is for families abroad to be present for aging parents and empty homes — and how much a trustworthy local team changes that.
Who we serve
NRI families living in Canada, the USA, the UK, Australia, the UAE and beyond — anyone with parents, a home, or both in the Tricity who wants dependable, documented, personal support.
How we work
Trust through documentation: scheduled visits, dated photo reports, honest written notes and WhatsApp updates after every visit. One local point of contact. No lock-in contracts. We are not a medical or nursing provider — and we say so plainly.
